The trial is free and needs no payment โ one per child. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and you can rebook; cancel inside 24 hours, or miss the lesson, and the trial is used.

How Nanour fits with what you're already doing
Most families teaching their children Arabic are already doing several things โ speaking at home, attending Saturday school, learning Quran, using apps. Nanour isn't designed to replace any of that. It's designed to add the one thing that's hardest to find: structured one-to-one teaching of Modern Standard Arabic, with a written curriculum and parent visibility.
Apps

Before you book
How does the free trial work?
Set up your account, tell us about your child, and book a free 20-minute trial straight away โ no payment needed, one per child. Your child meets one of our teachers and you see how Nanour feels. After the trial, a real person on our team matches your child to their ongoing tutor before regular lessons begin. You can cancel up to 24 hours before the slot and rebook freely; cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-shows, count as the trial used. From public launch, trials are recorded on the same terms as paid lessons.
Is this a marketplace?
No. We're a managed programme, not a marketplace. You don't browse profiles or pick from a list โ a real person on our team gets to know your child through a conversation with you, then makes a considered match using your child's level, personality, goals and availability. We take that work off you so you don't have to weigh up strangers' profiles.
Do you record lessons?
From public launch, lessons are recorded as standard for safeguarding, quality, tutor support and lesson continuity, with parent consent and in line with our Privacy Policy. We'll walk you through how recording access works during signup.
Who decides the learning pace?
We recommend one based on our intake conversation: Weekly or Twice weekly โ and you remain free to choose the rhythm that suits your family. We don't ask families to pick blind from a checkout dropdown.
