Our tutors.
We place each child with one tutor who stays with them. We don't ask parents to scroll through profiles and pick one. This page is here so you know what kind of team is on the other side of that placement.
We're building the team carefully. We'll publish team- wide stats here once the cohort is large enough that the numbers mean something. In the meantime, we vet every tutor personally and won't place a child with a tutor until we're confident the tutor is right for them.
Why we don't show profiles to choose from
Most online-tutoring platforms hand parents a list and ask them to pick. We don't. Choosing a tutor for your child should depend on more than a photo and a paragraph.
We talk to your family during signup. Then a member of our team chooses the tutor we think fits your child best, based on what you've told us about their age, level, interests, and the shape of your week. We tell you who that tutor is and why before the first lesson. If the fit doesn't feel right after the free 20-minute trial, we change it.
The kind of tutors we look for
Every Nanour tutor must show:
- Strong Modern Standard Arabic
- Experience teaching children online
- Warmth and patience in a video lesson
- Ability to follow a structured curriculum
- Clear, regular communication with parents
- Safeguarding suitability and screening clearance
We meet every tutor before they teach on Nanour. We don't hire by CV alone, and we don't list tutors publicly until they are fully screened and placed with a child.
Tell us about your child and we'll place them with the right tutor.
